Apple crisp was one of my favorite desserts as a child, I have fond memories of making it with my mom.
Apples not only taste delicious, they have many health benefits. Numerous studies have shown a link to heart health. They’re high in soluble fiber, which helps lower cholesterol. Apples also have polyphenols, which are linked to lower blood pressure and stroke risk. They can even help lower the chance of diabetes. While this is still packed with sugar and should be eaten only on special occasions, it can be a healthier alternative to other desserts 😉
I used Uno Casa skillet set to cook this delicious dessert. These are the most durable, easy to clean, and well made skillets I have ever used and highly recommend them. They are affordable and ship quickly. Use my code JENNY20 for 20% off
